A secluded cosy chalet 4+1 near the woods, on a large and up-kept land with decorative bushes and trees, in the oasis of peace, suitable for summer and winter holiday. The other facilities of the chalet include  parking place for  2 cars on the own land, a shed,  a fireplace, a grill, external terraces with an  swimming pool. On the ground floor there is an entry hall + a large living room with a fireplace, a sauna, an independent WC and a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor there is a kitchenette, a dining room, the other large spacious living room with a fireplace stove and a terrace. This room may serve as another bedroom if  additional mate are used. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and a loggia. The chalet is heated by a central heating with an electric central stove. The chalet is equipped with an alarm, SAT + TV.

• Transport, parking: Easy availability by a car as far as to the lands of the building along the local permanently maintained road with as 2 parking places. Kryštofovo Údolí – Novina train station. A bus service from Liberec.
• Food: The chalet is equipped with a kitchenette. In Kryštofovo Údolí there are stylish and classic pubs and restaurants, shops, a post-office, shopping centres in Chrastava and Liberec.
• SAT + TV, refrigerators, a micro-wave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a completely equipped kitchen with a gas stove, furniture etc.
